一、什么是 CE认证娱乐游艇RCD指令？
娱乐工艺指令（2013/53/EU）于2013年12月28日公布，包括新立法框架带来的变化，这是一项CE标志指令，旨在为整个欧洲经济区的游艇设计和制造提供统一的安全水平。最初的休闲工艺指令94/25/EC于1994年颁布，于1996年6月16日生效，过渡期于1998年6月15日结束。
二、什么样的游乐船（设备）可以做CE认证呢？
船长在2.5～24米之间用于运动游乐目的的船（可以是出租，或是用于游乐训练的游乐船）。另外还包括船上的备件，它们为：
1、船内或船尾发动机的点燃保护设备。
2、发动机的起动保护设备
3、方向盘，操纵机构，电缆组件
4、燃料箱和燃料管道
5、安装的舱口盖和舷窗
三、该指令还有一些特定的排除，该指令不适用于：
1.专门用于比赛的工艺品
2.独木舟，皮划艇，贡多拉和脚踏船
3.冲浪板和帆板
4.历史复制品
5.潜水
6.气垫船和水翼艇
7.拟用于商业目的的载人工具（这些由另一指令涵盖）
8.建造商使用的工艺品也被排除在指令之外，条件是它们随后不会在市场上销售至少五年。
四、CE认证流程：
1、申请(填写申请表、申请公司信息表、提供产品资料并安排寄样)
2、报价(根据所提供的资料确定测试标准，测试时间及相应费用)
3、付款(申请人确认报价后，签订立案申请表及服务协议并支付款项)
4、测试(实验室根据相关的欧盟检测标准对所申请产品进行全套测试)
5、测试通过，报告完成
6、项目完成，颁发CE证书
